I had an appointment with Dee 2 weeks ago. I haven't had my hair cut in over 2 years after a bad experience elsewhere but wow... Dee listened, gave advice and took on board what I wanted. I came out of there feeling amazing and loved my hair. Dee was very precise with her cutting and I love my new hair and can't wait to come back for a trim again! Thankyou Dee for restoring my faith in hair dressers.

Had an appointment yesterday with Jade for colour and then I got Alexa for Cut & Blow Dry. The service is AMAZING and the staff are the most loveliest people. Put them through a lot with deciding my colour (went red haha), but they were so patient and understanding. Thank you very much for the effort and for the work done on my hair. Had my hair done at House of Hair Chelmsford for my 21st and loved it! Jade did my updo and she was so lovely — she nailed exactly what I wanted and it stayed perfect all night. Would definitely recommend Jade and the salon. Thank you for making me feel amazing on my birthday:)

I had a wash, cut and blow dry with Billy and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to explain what would suit my face shape and hair type. I appreciated how confident and professional he was, I felt completely at ease. The cut is exactly what I wanted and the blow dry was finished beautifully. I’ll definitely be booking in with Billy again. Highly recommend!

I visited the hairdressers and I had lovely Louise do my hair and my hair was coloured with highlights that blended in so well with my route colour . Louise has been doing hair for 34 years and she listened to me that I did not like my hair as was too dark from a previous hairdresser work and understood that I wanted to see my highlights and knew the highlights to use were of a caramel colour with the right toner. So my hair looked fabulous and all the colours blended and I had a brilliant hair cut that took the bulk weight out at the back . The blowdry that I had was so stylish that I felt so happy on leaving that day as it was blowdryed nice and sleek and not a bouncy blowdry that makes my hair look old fashion as Louise knows how to dye hair ,cut hair ,and blow dry excellently . I will definatly return and use Louise and to be honest all the staff friendly even Billie who greets you on reception . Thankyou Louise … love my hair 10 out of 10 for my Birthday… you deserve to do well as you are very dedicated to hairdressing !!!!!
